I have used Chris as a property manager and as a sellers agent for two multi families in Boston. She was an excellent manager and the only reason why I held the properties for so long. She literally took care of everything hassle free. As good as she was as a manager, she's done an even better job as a sales agent. I spoke to numerous agents about estimated selling prices for the two properties. She was able to find a buyer who paid 10% more than any other agent thought we could get and closed in 6 weeks. A great agent all around!
