Chris is a fantastic real estate agent and has a very congenial, low-key manner. We were under a terrible deadline to sell our condo FAST because we needed the funds for another home that we were buying. I called Chris on a Tuesday and she told us what had to be done to make the unit "saleable." In just two days, she arranged workmen, painters and cleaners to make improvements in the home. She had showings and open houses on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We had 13 offers to consider on that Monday night, all for over the asking price! There were several obstacles we had to surmount through the Purchase & Sale process to the Closing and Chris worked smoothly and promptly with us and our attorney to finish the deal. Chris is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, especially in the high-stress and emotionally-charged process of selling a family home. Very highly recommended.
